CMS won’t be able to offer a Quemando concert at Grande River Vineyards in 2021

We cancelled 2020’s annual benefit concert featuring Quemando at Grande River Vineyards due to the pandemic and deeply regret that we won’t be able to present an event this July. The Heard It Through the Grapevine summer concert series has been cancelled by Grande River Vineyards for 2021 due to the potential sale of the business to a new owner.

Thank you to Alpine Bank for agreeing to serve as 2020’s Title Sponsor of this important fundraising event before COVID-19 caused Child and Migrant Services to call it off for 2020. Alpine Bank kindly donated their 2020 sponsorship funding to go to CMS’ programs!

In 2019, Alpine Bank  was the event’s Title Sponsor. Other major sponsors included The Colorado Trust, SCL Health–St. Mary’s Medical Center, Mesa County Migrant Ministry Community Thrift Shop, Palisade Café 11.0, Rancho Durazno and KJCT News8.

The July 6, 2019 benefit concert at Grande River Vineyards was a fantastic evening of music, dancing and food! Additionally, we celebrated CMS’ 65 years of service to the community (1954-2019) and were delighted to hand out colorful concert programs with a tribute to farmworkers and additional information about CMS’ history.
